Moringa leaf powder is Superfood for Your Skin - Thanks to its rich nutrient profile Moringa is a popular addition to food and drinks, however, it has also found its way into the skincare! The ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks used moringa for skincare and skin issues. Moringa leaf powder used topically when used on the face may prevent wrinkles and free radical damage to the skin. Moringa may help firm up your facial skin and also help reduce wrinkles and blemishes, making you look younger.
A few facts - Moringa is remarkably high in vitamin C—having about 7 times more than Oranges. This Vitamin C boosts collagen production and cell turnover.
Moringa's high level of antioxidants neutralises the free radicals that damage our skin cells helping to fight the signs of aging. Moringa's antioxidant properties could also manage hormonal imbalances (at the skin's molecular level) caused by oxidative stress. These imbalances can influence the skin - particular oil and inflammation - but the antioxidants in moringa help with this. However, if your skin is on the drier side, you can still benefit from moringa. It contains vitamin B - vitamin B is a natural humectant. This means it attracts water to the skin's outermost layer. Though scientists have yet to study moringa's wound-healing potential in humans, the existing research shows promise.

Black seed oil (or Nigella Sativa) is a miraculous ingredient that has great benefits for the skin. Blackseed oil is known to have antibacterial properties and is also used to eliminate all the bodily impurities. Nigella seeds are also used for the skin to fight acne, improve the texture of the skin and even out complexion.

Research suggests Black seed oil may be beneficial for people with the following skin conditions:

Eczema: According to a small-scale 2013 study comparing the therapeutic benefits of N. sativa with those of prescription medications, black seed oil can reduce the severity of hand eczema.
Acne: Research suggests that the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of black seed oil can improve acne. In one study, 58% of participants rated their response to this treatment as good, while 35% felt their results were moderate.
Psoriasis: A 2012 study on mice suggests that the oil may also have antipsoriatic benefits.

HOW TO USE: Mix 1 -2 teaspoons of the dry clay mix with a little water or aloe vera juice (if you have it handy) to form a paste. Apply a thin layer to damp skin and leave for approx 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Can also be used as a Bath Soak by adding 2 cups to bath water and soaking for 20 minutes.
